Eligibility
The Contest is open to legal residents who are physically residing in one of the 50 United States (but excluding the territory of Puerto Rico) or the District of Columbia who are physically residing there. All entrants must be at least eighteen (18) years old (or the age of majority of their state/province of residence) as of the date of entry.
In order to be eligible, both Entrants and Contestants must acknowledge and accept Contest’s Official Rules and execute any releases required by Sponsor, including but not limited to Participant Release and Authorization and Background Check Authorization, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Contestants who do not pass Background Check may be disqualified, in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Employees of AFN Productions, Inc. (“Sponsor”), “The Real,” Telepictures Productions, Time Warner, Warner Bros. Entertainment, Warner Bros. Online, Ford Motor Company (“Co-Prize Donor”), the entity or entities supplying the prize or prizes for the Contest, and each of their respective partners, parent companies, divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising, promotion and public relations agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agencies (collectively, the “Contest Entities”) are not eligible to participate in the Contest and/or win a prize. Additionally, relatives of such employees and persons living in the same household as such employees, whether or not related are not eligible to win. For the purposes of this Contest, relatives are defined as spouse, mother, father, in-laws, grandmother, grandfather, brother, sister, children and grandchildren.
