Vera Bradley’s “Quilt Giveaway” Promotion (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (“U.S.”) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at time of entry, and who are currently physically residing in the U.S. at time of entry and at time of prize award (eligible “entrants”).
