  2. I’ve been using http://webstrikesolutions.com since 2001. They are reliable. They have the same deal that they’ve had back in 2001. Free hosting for the first year, but the catch is it is a 30.00 setup fee. Their normaly monthly hosting is 8.00 per month or you can pay yearly. Obviously the first free year is based on a yearly plan, but for 30.00 you can’t beat it. They have tons of features and they offer Win2003 or Unix hosting.
