  3. You’re not going to get anywhere near what you need with a free hosting account, so take that out of your mind. Free hosting accounts are very restricted. You won’t get Fantastico or anything else of any use, the free ones will limit transfer, they’ll limit file sizes, they’ll limit file types, if they don’t do that, they’ll place ads on your pages either linking to the hosting company or ads that they will make money off of. So stay away from free, you get what you pay for.
